St. Andrews and other nearby towns have accommodations for conference attendees, including campgrounds. Some suggestions are indicated in the map above.

The price range per night for a particular spot is indicated by the following:

 $: $150 or less

 $$: $150-$250

 $$$: >$250

Students may request to stay in the accommodations at the Huntsman Marine Science Centre (limited availability). They have blocked off the dormitory accommodations to provide housing for 35 students at the rate of $35/night/student based on double occupancy.

Priority will be given to:

1. Students who are registered to attend the ACCESS – BoFEP meeting.
2. Named pairs of students who ask to share a room together will be prioritized. (there are also three single occupancy rooms available within the same dormitory for $70/night)
3. Those staying for the duration of the meeting checking in Monday June 3 and checking out Friday June 7.

 

Students looking for a place to stay for the duration of the meeting should send an e-mail to huntsman@huntsmanmarine.ca requesting a space in the dorms.

Attendees may also refer to availabilities through Airbnb, but are encouraged to exercise caution with this service. ACCESS and BoFEP are not responsible for fraudulent listings.

Les étudiant.es peuvent rester dans les accommodations dans l’institution de science marine Huntsman (disponibilité est limitée). L’instittution a reservé les résidences pour 35 étudiant.es à un rate de 35 $ par nuit par étudiant.e avec l’assumption que vous partagerez un chambre.

Si vous voulez un chambre simple, il y a trés dans le même résidence pour 70 $ par nuit.

Priorité pour les réservations donnerai à :

1. Les étudiant.es qui participeront en la conférence
2. Les doubles des étudiant.es qui demandent partager un chambre ensemble
3. Ceux qui resteront pour la conférence entière (de 3 au 7 juin)
